I tell you what! I was skeptical about this and aka Super Food(s). At first you'd probably want to pick the red and green brand bottles. BUT with proper research THIS product is SUPERIOR to that brand. You know what? THIS stuff WORKS! I'm not KIDDING!! I didn't think you'd be able to feel a difference with daily life tasks but sure enough I feel WAY better in a different way. Trust me it's worth it! I'm a 47 Male and I literally feel 17 again! No joke!!!

Both my wife and I are on the TSF and I don't feel a dramatic change but I don't feel as tired and seem to get through my day with less fatigue and my wife also feels it's helping her. It does have a funky taste, your suppose to take it with food so what I do is eat a little and take the pills with something that has even a little flavor and that helps a lot. The pills are large but I have had worse, I can pop two at a time not a problem (your millage will vary). You are suppose to take 2 pills 3 times a day but I read some reviews where people were saying that they were have stomach issues. So I thought it might be too much veggies and fruits for the systems so quickly so we eased into taking them. We started off with just 1 pill 3 times a day for about a week then switched to the 2 pills 3 times a day and we had no stomach issues. I took off one star for the taste.

*** 2 years later*** Been taking Texas superfoods for 2 years now. Still only take 2-3 after meals. After a fee months of taking these, I also noticed reduced joint stiffness. I'm at the age where sitting in a recliner for an hour or two, legs were a bit stiff when I got up to walk. Now? Zero stiffness. I can pop out of the chair, no stiff joints! The price has gone up a LOT since starting on these, but at 2 or so a day only during weekdays, one bottle lasts a very long time and seems worth it. I do hope though the price stays flat... **update** It has been 3 weeks. Joint pain is entirely gone. Still taking 2 a day. Have not noticed any other changes. People complain about the taste, which is a bit surprising. I let the capsule dissolve in my mouth. Kind of a grassy with a slightly fruit sweet flavor. Like vegetables, more or less. I got my booster shot Jan 7th of this year. A day later I started experiencing unusual joint pain in left elbow and right knee. This was odd enough, but it continued to last even get worse, 4 weeks later. I started taking Texas Superfoods Feb 7th. They recommend 6 a day, but I've only been doing 2 a day. One after breakfast, one after lunch. Within 4 days, the pain started to diminish. Now at 11 days, it's almost entirely gone. Can hardly notice any joint pain at all. Not saying correlation equals causation, but seems there could be. I'll update this if anything changes, for better or worse.

I have taken Texas Superfood for the last 5 years and I would recommend them over any other vitamin supplement.

Was being honest with myself, and realized I need to eat better. I have had a couple blood tests, and my numbers were a bit off. Decided to take this product for about 6 months and it did not change my tests. I "thought" they were giving me an energy lift when taking them, but now I'm not sure. At $60 a bottle, so want it to work, but I honestly I cant see spending money on this. However lately there is another strange issue I have been having when taking these. It seems like it was making me SUPER anxious and jittery. Not saying product is bad, but I am taking some BP meds now that may not agree with this supplement. After this happened twice to me, I stopped taking them. Got at least two unopened bottles on my kitchen table. Sorry Texas Superfoods, I cant recommend your product.

I am pleasantly surprised ... I was very skeptical about this stuff but decided to give it a try ... I have only been taking 3 capsules once a day (less than is recommended) and I have seen results ... the first thing I noticed is that my skin issues completely cleared up after one week ... I had really scaly skin on my ankles and feet and that is completely gone along with my dry scalp ... I also notice more energy and mental clarity (although these things are harder to prove) ... makes me wonder what I'd see if I took the recommended dosage ... bottom line, there may be no miracle food or supplement, but something in Texas Superfood works ... I had tried lotions and everything else for my scaly skin and nothing ever worked ... but one week of this completely cured it ... I can't vouch for all the claims but I do know what I've seen for myself ... I'm convinced at least that Texas Superfood provides some benefits to my diet that have obviously been missing with my daily intake of food ... I'll continue to use it ...

I used to get foot cramps. Not anymore. I know I was lacking vitamins and this is what helped me. I tried balance of nature for 6 months first. They are expensive and never on time. I had tried super food and they are more cost effective and have better benefits for me. I suggest if you subscribe that you also purchase an extra bottle so you don’t run out.
