Could these hold 2 halves of a deviled egg or just one half size wise?

I would say just one half of traditional size egg. We love these spoons but strictly for small elegant portions!

The tear drop can hold about 1oz of liquid in the spoon base. More appetizer/dessert can fit in the container but will protrude, as can be seen in the product images.
