This resin smells like those of a catholic church. We absolutely loved how strong it was and how well it burned on charcoal. We use it on Sundays before mass to cleanse our home. Highly recommend. Good quality. Small packet but you do not need much to infuse your home. Try three small pebbles and work your way up. Its strong!

This is a small bag of resin-based incense that has hints of frankincense but also a strong herb-like odor. When you first light this incense, you will get a spicy mix of familiar frankincense odor and something that honestly smells like oregano. The incense burns at a great rate when placed on charcoal. It is high quality and appears to be 100% true resin incense because the only thing left after burning it is a small pile of ash. The incense cannot be lit directly, it is best used with one of the many charcoal-based products that are out there for this type of material. Once you get it going, it will smell up the whole house, leaving a lot of white smoke around its as it combusts. I like the odor of this incense but that secondary smell of Italian herbs throws it off a little. I am not sure if this particular bag was supposed to be a blend of various flavors but it just says frankincense on the bag. Overall it is very high quality, you get an ample quantity in the bag, especially considering a very small amount will get your whole house smelling good. It is the true way to enjoy incense and much more powerful than any sticks.

The only reason why I gave it a 4 star was because the majority of the pieces are tiny. Besides the size, I love it. I would purchase again, because the price was good.

Are you all kidding me? I go on this page and see a picture of a big bag of frankincense for a great price and buy it, only to get the bag in and it about as big as my pointer finger! I mean people cmon, they even put a bowl filled with frankincense beside the bag on the ad, and this bag is HUGE beside the bowl! I want to know where they got a bowl that small.

These look like forbidden candy. They look like Nerds or something. They also smell amazing. I've never tried burning frankincense before so I have nothing to compare the quality to and so no real expectations. I suppose the only expectations I had were the smell after it's burnt: that kind of churchy smell. It actually surprised me with how fresh, light, and citrusy it smelled, and not as heavy as church incense smells. It does get a bit more churchy smelling after a while but the initial notes are very bright. (from what I've read) the purity looks okay. Some pieces are very pure and white, some have bits of bark/impurities in them, but still overall very good stuff.

Lovely, burns beautifully (I use the intense coals) the smell is devine and you can't beat the price.
