Of very good quality and material, they come in very well packed and work well. They look like they can hold on.

It was the first time ever using this product. sister started the shaping process and it seemed to be a very tedious process, and honestly one I wouldn’t want to do, and regardless it didn’t shape well. Instead of waiting until the water was boiling she put the item in while it was heating up to boiling. It started with boiling water, removing the pan from the heat then placing the mouth guard in the water for a 30 seconds, then immediately placing the guard in your mouth to shape it. Now this was for my daughter, and I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to put something straight into my mouth that came out of boiling water as well, it would be hot. Needless to say after multiple attempts we couldn’t get it to shape and ended purchase a different brand.
