ADC Adscope Lite 619 Ultra Lightweight Clinician Stethoscope with Tunable AFD Technology, Lavender

We needed 3 more stethoscopes in the office. I ordered a more expensive one through the company website and it was horrible. This was much cheaper and is much better. Clear breath sounds and soft ear tips. I would definitely buy again.

I’m a RN in the MICU (Medical ICU) and do frequent assessments on my patients so I essentially wear my stethoscope most of the day around my neck. One of the main features that I love is how lightweight it is and honestly I hear just fine out of it. On my assessments, I listen to the breath and bowel sounds mostly but I will also listen to heart sounds as well. I’m not going to lie, I’m not the best at hearing a murmur or other abnormalities. I mainly listen for the lub dub sound. I will say that I do love the color choices that this particular stethoscope has to offer. I was having a hard time on deciding which one I really wanted. There was 3-4 colors that I really liked. I almost bought two of them as I’m a very indecisive person to begin with and the price isn’t bad at all. I think the color I chose was blue ice, which is a light see-through blue color. Really cool!! I’ve never seen these colors before with a quality stethoscope! I’m very satisfied with this purchase and may just have to buy that 2nd one I was thinking about!! Lol

I used this for nursing school and found it very helpful. You have to have a somewhat discerning ear, though. When I say you'll hear everything, I mean you'll likely ausciltate everything at once, it doesnt matter which structure the bell is immediately over. Heart, sounds, lung sounds, crepitus, some gastric noises, your own knuckles cracking as you adjust your grip, etc. This stethescope has very clear sound quality, its durable while remaining extremely light weight. It comes in unique colors which will prevent other people from mistakenly or intentionally taking your particular stetchescope. I think that the quality for the price is wonderful. This would not be a good stethescope for someone who has never ausciltated heart or lung sounds before. Think about listening to an orchestra with different harmonies, you could pick out the sounds of each instrument playing if you had heard each instrumemt played in isolation prior to the ensamble. My first stethescope (from another brand) broke which brought me to this one. I managed to rely on it 5 days a week for 8 months without any signs of wear. I recommend it as a cheap backup or learning stethescope for those who can diffrentiate body systems and their unique sounds.

I was impressed with the clarity of audible sounds from this medical device. I’ve had a cardiology Littman for years and I have to say this Adscope gives them a run for their money! Price point is very good, considering you’re getting a high-quality stethoscope. Definitely a great value.

It is light and gives better sound and durability than other stethoscopes I tried before. I won't go back to the old brands.

Good quality and good sound

Can tell this stethoscope was crafted with precision, care, and ergonomics in mind. I've had a few value brands that literally hurt to use and have horrible audio. ADC have nice designs that are easy to setup and use right away. I frequently do vitals as a homecare aide which this is perfect for. The ADC Adscope offers a good balance between a budget stethoscope and an actual Littmann. I'm sure I will be using this for a long time since its a lifetime warrenty.

Ich habe dieses Stethoskop vor zwei Jahren als Geschenk für eine Freundin gekauft, die damals mit ihrer Ausbildung zur Rettungssanitäterin begonnen hat – und sie nutzt es bis heute regelmäßig. Die Farbe (rosa) ist in echt genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – ein echter Hingucker, ohne dabei unprofessionell zu wirken. Das Stethoskop wirkt insgesamt sehr hochwertig und hat den Alltagseinsatz in der Ausbildung offenbar bestens überstanden. Meine Freundin ist sehr zufrieden damit, sowohl was die Akustik als auch den Tragekomfort betrifft. Es sitzt gut, ist leicht zu reinigen und zuverlässig im Einsatz. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungenes Geschenk mit langanhaltender Qualität – klare Empfehlung!
