Should you brush before or after you use crest whitestrips?

I always brush afterwards. My teeth stay so white with these strips. They look as if a dentist whitened them and I am always asked this question, "Did a dentist whiten your teeth?" No, I used the Crest White Strips.

Can these be used on bridges & caps?
