I do have a couple nitpicks but nothing that's a deal breaker for me. Assembly was easy, since they're really just extend then fit to server rack and attach (use your own mounting hardware though). I could not get the screws in the middle of the rails tightened down, as the instructions indicate, to fix the rails length though. Don't know if they were assembled wrong at the factory, or the hardware is bad, or what but it's ultimately not a big deal since they're affixed to the front and rear of the rack and can't move independently. The one thing that I do need to figure out though is some way to hold the server onto the rails, they're very smooth and it slides surprisingly easily forward and rear when doing simple stuff (like plugging or unplugging a cable).
