I wear it while I use the treadmill. Really good weight distribution, comfortable over a shirt, easy to get on and off, durable.

Wear it while on the bike. It def gives a better workout

It's a great tool to use for my workouts with physical therapy but i wish it had 2 buckles instead of one to give it a more secure fit on the body. It would hug it more so it's not floppy while working out. Nice color, and seems durable but ill see how it holds up for a longer period of time.

I purchased the 6 lb. vest which I have used for a couple of months with no issues. It is nicely balanced and seems very well made. Have not had any issues with it coming apart, but I only use it for light or moderate exercise: no jogging. Definitely helps with posture.

This has ELASTIC OVER THE SHOULDERS!!! So of course it's going to bounce around like crazy when you are doing anything aerobic. This leads to chaffing and rubbing and rashes. Crazy design! Returned!!!

One size does not really fit all. The vest is too big. Not really meant for working out. It is good for walking.

It met my expectations.
