Pumpkin seed extract is generally used in 4% concentrations whereas pumpkin seed oil is used as a whole ingredient. I use Pumpkin Seed Oil from Now... it takes 3 pills for me to stay dry even if I cough or sneeze.

**Q: How long is it for expiration?**
A: They don't expire as far as I know. We keep them in the fridge.

**Q: Is the soft gel gelatin bovine or pork?**
A: On their website it says it’s both kosher and halal, meaning it’s bovine and not derived from pork.

**Q: Why is it more expensive to buy a 2 pack than 2 single bottles? one 100 caplet botte is 7.22 and two is 19.95? That is 5 dollars more!!!**
