Very useful, 6 miles by bike and 2 miles by jogging.
It was very helpful, I loved it and I'm definitely going to buy it again. It leaves a strange taste in your mouth when you eat it, which I did not find very pleasant, but it did not take long for me to disappear.

You Should Try These
Running a marathon for charity in Dublin, Ireland. Needed a way to try these before hand since they’re a sponsor. Arrived in a nice box. I’m new to gels so it took me a couple sips. I enjoyed them while running. Easy on digestive track without stopping. My son (10 yr old) really liked them!

Nice for Quick Carb Boost
This Energy Gel has been nice during my workout routines and treadmill runs. The berry flavor is alright, nothing too artificial. The gel is on the smoother, slightly more liquid side compared to other gels I've tried, as for if I prefer it I don't have a preference, but it's enough to where I can drink it while on the move. It digests smoothly and hasn't caused any stomach discomfort. Each sachet is about 100 calories, and is a fast-acting carb boost that helps fight off fatigue right when you hit that mid-session. It gives energy without any caffeine, making it good for late-night training. The packaging is easy to tear open with one hand while you're out and about.

Smooth Berry Flavored Fuel
Good berry flavor with the perfect consistency for an energy gel. It was smooth, light, and almost like drinking water rather than swallowing a thick gel. Perfect for those long rides or just a boost in hot weather.

Quick and Easy energy, low volume, high energy
High5 Berry Energy Gel is a solid pick for endurance activities. The berry flavor tastes pleasantly sweet and fruity without being overly artificial. Easy to down on the go. Each 40g sachet delivers 91 calories and 23g carbs for quick energy, plus B6 to help with metabolism. I like that it’s gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and comes in convenient tear-open packaging. No weird aftertaste, and the consistency is smooth. Best used during longer runs, rides, or workouts when you need fast fuel. Great option if you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss gel

Tasty
This HIGHt5 Energy Gel is really good tasting. The texture is like jello that hasn't quite set yet. The carb content is good for pre-workout. But I can't honestly say that this gives me a boost of energy. I am sure it's effective, but only to a degree for me. Still, this is a nice caffeine-free option and might benefit someone who responds well to the ingredients. The price is high at $14.99 for 6 servings. These are easy to drink out of the pouch and the pouch is a convenient size.

Textura perfecta

Awesome
This helped me refuel and get an extra boost on the last part of my first 10K! Great taste and you don’t need water with it. I chose Berry. Very happy to have this on my long runs.
