The battery life is a bit lanky it only stays full powered for 2-3 hours The computer’s weight is amazing very lightweight like an iPad The speed is great as well it works really fast Very easy to use especially with the touchscreen feature It was in great condition no scratches or dents anywhere so no issues whatsoever however it does tend to over heat quick The size is so far a bit small but it’s great for computer games like Roblox or Minecraft and for business use like for university students or even computer science 100/10 would recommend 👏

My wife still uses hers to this day. No issues to report.

The battery health came out at 83%, within range of what refurbished laptops should be. The only issue I saw was couple keyboards needed a little harder pressing but it was subtle. For the price tag of $300, if this lasts 3 years, this would be considered a steal.

It’s terrific, but the letter “N” came chipped off

Not even 5 minutes in , and I’ve already had problems. I was so excited all day to come home and open up my new computer for class this Thursday , just for it not to work. It brought me to the automatic repair blue screen , and keypad/screen do not respond. So it’s stuck. I’m bummed. Yall are playing with peoples money!! Get real, this is not what I expected. totally disappointed. I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but cmon , yall are playing with my money. I’ve ordered a replacement hoping , JUST HOPING it’s better. This is not to bash yall but take this as a constructive criticism. Overall , the laptop is is mint condition with like 1/2 scratches but its a beautiful computer, sadly this one did not work.

I purchased this as a refurbished item. The battery does not charge to more than 50%. So far everything else is fine. I did buy a cover right away and it was received without a scratch. Good for a refurbished laptop.

Looks and works like new. I paid a bit extra for "excellent" condition but would have been OK with used. Laptop has a heavy feel as it's all meatal. My laptop came with Windows 10 Pro but upgraded immediately to 11 Pro without any issues. I was concerned an i5 with 8 GB memory may be too slow for me. Happy to say it runs perfect for my uses. I'm a mid-life adult using it for web browsing, light excel and streaming video. All work great. I plan to use this for at least 5 years. Can't beat it for the price. Microsoft makes good hardware devices.

La laptop llegó en una caja de cartón, llegó en un casi perfecto estado, limpia, sin rayones, unicamente le faltaba una de las cuatro gomas que deben de ir en el inferior de la laptop (como se aprecia en la última foto), el equipo rinde bien para ofimática, yo la uso para la escuela y programar, la pantalla es muy buena, tanto en resolución como en colores, ademas de ser touch y la pila tenía 90% de vida. Si buscan una laptop portable, para la escuela o trabajo que no requiera programas con muca carga para la GPU, es muy buena opción por el precio, los materiales se sienten totalmente premium y es muy estética.

Only thing I don’t like is the giant refurbished sticker placed on the bottom of the laptop. Perhaps a sticker which doesn’t leave the glue on the laptop after being removed. The machine itself is working perfectly!
