Very nice looking shelf. Sturdy and looks like it cost more than it actually does. One thing I didn’t notice shelf has to be assembled. It took a friend a short time to complete the task.

I needed shelves for beside a small bathroom that wouldn't extend out too far. These shelves were just the thing. They are wide enough to hold items we want handy like hair brushes, hair ties, toothbrushes, jewelry, etc. but not so wide they get in the way. They look nice, the black color is just what I wanted, and they have held up well. I installed them myself, though I had a little trouble with the alignments, but once in they looked great and I'm very happy with these shelves.

Clearly, the price point is solid. So, what does one get for between $20-$25? THE GOOD: The price for sure. The metal brackets are sturdy. And looks great once it's installed. THE BAD: The wood shelves are very soft. You can literally push the screws with your thumb about a 1/4 of the way. This also makes it rough for the screws to actually grip anything. And they tend to free-spin once they reach the bracket. THE UGLY: There's no pre-marked spots on the wood to align the brackets. Not a big deal, but you are kind of estimating where to align them. Also, six drywall anchors seems a bit overkill for such a lightweight shelf. You could honestly get away with the top and bottom of the brackets only. OVERALL: It is what it is. Once you've struggled your way through it, it does look nice. And while he wood is superlight, you probably aren't going to be putting anything heavy on them.

I have bought three. Attractive shelf that is perfect to hang above toilet for paper storage. Care must be taken when hanging shelf because it is not wood and can be fragile

The recommended assembly instructions are a little convoluted. They tell you to mount the side metal frame pieces on the wall and then place and screw the shelves. I opted to just build the shelf prior to mounting, and then just utilized the top two holes for mounting. Seemed much easier in my mind and it is plenty sturdy for this little shelf. 6 screws as recommended is complete overkill for a shelf that is going to display a few little knick knacks. Overall though it is a nice shelf and was a great value at the discounted prime week price.

I have a small collection of about a dozen salt cellars because I do enjoy my salt and like to have variation. I wanted a way to keep them in easy reach on the kitchen counter without taking up an excessive amount of room. I was hoping this shelf unit would do that, but it can't without modification because the shelves don't actually attach to the frame; they just lay in it. To make this stable, it would have to be attached to the wall but I didn't want to drill through my tiles to do that. The solution was to purchase a black 8x10 metal picture frame. Using epoxy, I attached the picture frame to the back of the shelf frames, spacing them 10" apart. Once it set, the frame was sturdy and could stand on the counter rather than be attached to the wall. The frame on the back is unnoticeable unless you're looking at it and now the dozen salt cellars can all sit on my counter and take up no more space than would four lined in a row. So quality... it pleasant enough to look at and I like the rustic aesthetic but the wood is lightweight and has no finish on it other than stain. But for about $20 and another $6 for the cheap picture frame, I'm okay with this as a solution for my issue.

I just moved into a new Townhouse and the bathroom was much smaller than my old apartment storage wise and I had limited wall space to work with. I tired one of those over the toilet shelf systems but hated how wobbly it was and that it just made the bathroom feel even more smaller and kinda blocked the handle for the toilet. So I was searching around Amazon for something different that would fit in the limited space I had on the wall next to the mirror and decided to go with this one. The brackets were metal which I liked and the shelves were a very lightweight wood so the shelf all together really is very light, it fit perfectly right where I needed so I could have some of my daily used items like my hair brush and hair clay, mouth wash and floss sticks in easy reach of the sink. Plus now with that giant over the toilet shelf thing out of the way the bathroom feels much larger to me and I can now reach into the shower on the side where the handles are without having to open the curtain to get the water going before I jump in! In all I love this shelf and am happy that I went with it, the only downside was the shelves are not predrilled for when you should screw them together with the metal brackets so you pretty much get to decide on your own how much of the shelf (if any) you want to hang out of the brackets at the ends. I didn’t feel like measuring each shelf to make sure they all hung out the exact same length at the ends so I just lined the ends of the shelves up flush to the brackets to make my OCD happy.

Very simple to put together and looks amazing. The only problem I had was my error and I didn’t realize that the shelf has to be screwed onto the wall before putting the rest of the shelves on. But it looks way more expensive than it is
