12 Volt LED Lights for RV Boat Trailer Camper - Warm White 2800K 300 Lumens 3W, Low Voltage Mini Recessed Light Dimmable, Pack of 6

Bought 2 dozen of these to replace 9 older, small fluorescent 12v tube fixtures. Every 6-pack box comes with a hub that all 6 lights can plug directly into. Only one 12 volt connection is needed. The individual lights come with a approx. 6 foot wire ea., with a plug connected for hub. You can also not use the hub, if you have a 12v source elsewhere & want to connect one or two lights . Just clip the plug off & connect direct to 12v source. The light put out from these LED lights look like regular home bulbs, but cool to the touch. Installation can't be any easier, just drill a 2-1/8" hole with hole saw , feed line through hole & pop in the light. Connections are very simple. If installing in a home with 120v, you will need a 120v-12v converter which is not included. Glad it wasn't, one of the reasons these lights are priced lower than most. Just a note I did a custom install. So, I can’t speak to the ease of install. It’s pretty straight forward though. I use two of them to light up a 15ft x 25ft room in an off grid cabin. It’s a little dim, but that was my intention. The light is on the yellow side which is what I wanted and expected. It makes it easy to relax. Almost knocks you out.

The photos show the amount of light from one light fixture in my 12' x 19' shed. I am very pleased with the amount of light produced by such little amperage. The lights require a particular sized hole to use the mechanical fastner (clips) to hold them in place. Since I was surface mounting these lights, I first thought about double-faced tape. Having none, I opted to use three screws placed on the outside edge of the lights. They are in my shed, remember? So no need to worry about polished looks. They supply a plug & play junction box. Each light has length of cord that allows you to space the lights. One pin was bent, so it rendered that one inoperable. I could probably bend it back into place but no need. In my situation three lights provide all the light I need and I like it bright. I will keep the other three lights as spares. For the money, this is a great deal. A few points off for thin wiring and poor connector. But again, I would repurchase this in a heart beat.

These lights are absolutely perfect! We bought these for our skoolie which runs on solar. They were easy to install and look great. We even bought a dimmer switch. So happy with these lights.

Nice product and the warm light I wanted in my rv ambulance conversion. I cut off the connectors and hardwired rather than use the junction that’s included- not necessary

Easy to install using connector box or by splicing the wires. The stranded wires inside one of the lights were exposed to each other- causing the negative and positive wires to touch and causing multiple fuse failures because I couldn’t diagnose where wiring issue was located. Now I’m down one light bulb. The light bulb cannot be opened and the wires cannot be reconnected properly. Good set and would buy again, but check the wires at the bulbs before installing.

I used these to replace my airstream bedroom lights they fit. They weren't perfect if they were just a half inch larger it would have been a better fit. But the price on these were incredible.

A lot of reviews say these are “cheap” or whatever. I think they look great and work great. For the money they are exactly what I was looking for. I ordered warm white and I do feel it’s a little brighter than I’d like but that’s my only complaint

These look great once installed - clean, low-profile finish that looks nice in a trailer ceiling. This is actually my second set; not a replacement for a failed one, just wanted more coverage in the trailer. One thing to know: they run pretty hot in use, so keep the area above them clear (don't mount storage or anything heat-sensitive directly behind the ceiling panel where these sit). I skipped the included cable hub entirely and wired everything direct to a 12V PWM rotary switch instead, which works well if you want dimming control rather than just on/off. Simple to wire that way if you're comfortable skipping the stock hookup. Good look and good light output for RV/trailer use, just plan your mounting location with the heat in mind.

Amazing brightness and colour, the warm white is perfect for an RV. Very easy to set up, the junction box makes writing straight forward, and the clips hold the light in place as long as you cut the right size hole (I made a few test holes on a scrap piece of plywood). Blown away at how nice and bright they are.
