Great product but very expensive to run !

Bought for husband with pd and dementia. Takes worry out of where he is if I am not with him. Gps is a little hit and miss, but love that I can call it and speak to him and he can me. Gives excellent peace of mind.

When setting up, I had to select a subscription package before I could continue. At first they offered me an annual package of 25 a month with whole year subscription payable up front. The second option was 29 a month for the year payable monthly. The third option wasn’t visible until I selected either of the first two which was 40 a month as you go with no contract. The kit itself is 59 so I found these subscription rates quite high. It might be worth it if you use it daily. I only need it for the odd day here and there at amusement parks or on holidays with my kids so I can’t justify the spend. Could not get past the subscription page anyway to start free month and see if it actually works. Spent hours at it. Frustrated. Will be returning it.

We love our AngelSense, with it’s features we can keep track on our loved ones. We find that features like alerts and voice activation and timeline are really smart and helpful !!

My son started secondary and he is not allowed to have a phone. Thank you to this device I have my peace of mind! It’s worth it any single penny! High recommend!

I really wanted to like this but it just wasn't for us! Subscription is very expensive for what you get! Also, son wore it to school, I made sure to turn off calls during school hours but to my surprise, I received 3 calls from him that day. I didn't answer because I did t want to disturb the class but when I picked him up from school he was very upset because he kept knocking the tracker by accident and every time it would call me for the whole class to hear. I'll just get him a tracker watch. I returned the item!

Could not register for a plan as website wouldn't accept my address as I have no house number or road name. Monthly plans are very expensive and do not of Vat relief for people with dementia. The battery life is suspect. There are no return to sender instructions to claim money back.
