ese heels are honestly some of the best I've come across. They're incredibly durable, super comfy, and just the right size for my feet. I absolutely love them. In fact, I loved them so much that I ended up buying a second pair. Highly recommended!

Comfort-wise I would give it a 3/5 but there is a heavy chemical smell. I had to wash it a couple of times to get rid of the smell. The insoles hurt my feet when I use it all day and it hurts more on certain types of shoes. I have them now for a couple of weeks now and only use them on a pair of high top Converse that I have because they feel the most comfortable in them. Overall they are ok not the worse and not the best, but for the price it's fine and just keep in mind that there is a strong odor and some people might not like that.

Decent product but very narrow in width

I have extremely flat feet and I heal strike when I jog or go for a run I really needed heal support. The leverage these insoles give me are perfect to try to run on my toes and activate my calves and run the right way and not have shin splints or lower back pain. Great stuff!

I ordered large , if you exactly measure it then it's hardly half a inch thick , very hard and uncomfortable, I have ordered from other sellers which are better than this , not buying it again . Waste of my money.

These are great. Much better than others I've tried. I've forgotten they're even in my shoe. I work in a warehouse with these. I feel that it actually supports my arches

I just bought some comfy gtx boots and after wearing them realised they were too flat for my plantar fasciitis. These inserts have made all the difference. The height is just right and they are soft, comfortable and supportive of my arches. I’m sure they will be useful in a range of shoes

This is the second pair I have bought, I wear them in my flat heel boots , I slip a long gel insole inside my boot over the height increase insole for comfort , It also to keep it on place . Make sure height increase insole is tight against back heel of your boot. I do a lot of walking and have found these are comfortable, and I still have good support in my boot. I have not worn them in shoes or sneakers yet, I like them , and would recommend them. .
