Great alternative to pills

A few years back my bone density read that I had osteopenia. I did and do eat healthy but I really never paid much attention to this diagnosis. Fast forward a few years and my recent diagnosis was osteoporosis! Thankfully I have found this supplement to at least stop the decline and hopefully in time reverse some of the loss. This product is affordable, simple and tasteless. I have this on subscribe and save for evermore… But we must add strength training to the mix because no one thing is enough. Ps Hopefully I can come back in a few years and report my results of the next bone scan.

For bone health and strength

Dr. recommended this for me for osteoporosis. I think the dose of 1 tblsp is a bit too much for even a quart of water. I think it's giving me a stomach ache. Try smaller doses first and work up.

This supplement has been a game changer for me! Without it my joints creek, but the silica really helps with my mobility.

Simply add a tablespoon to your water bottle or other cold beverage. Flavorless. I think this form of ionic delivery system of minerals to your body just makes sense.
