Love the taste. One of the best chocolates. Ordered from amazon for Valentines Day and sucked giving a crushed bar as a gift. Was shipped in a padded envelope and came crushed... Listed as not returnable and no refunds Had to call and complain to resolve this. Bad shipping, but great product.

It's winter time and it arrived melted and very old tasting. Was very disappointed. Won't be ordering again.

I discovered this in Switzerland years ago. It’s delicious. It’s very fragile crop and melts quickly, doesn’t travel well, order it in the winter!

I love this chocolate, I ate lots while in Europe last summer. The only problem, did not last long

I ordered this chocolate in summer and it was mistake. It arrived completely melted. Otherwise it would have been a good product and was delivered quickly. Will try again in better weather conditions

Hello, I am from Switzerland, writing on my husband's computer, I go home quite often...I am 76 years old and I know Ragusa's well....these recent Ragusa ordered where very old and not tasting fresh////the packages show that they must of been in a shelve a long time....therefore not happy with your Ragusa's as cannot be trusted to be fresh///had a few relatives and made them tested, they all said yeak !!! as Swiss we know our chocolates and cheeses....Americans do not know the difference, but we do.....its very sad ! even the transparent WRAP LOOK AGED...ITS GOT TO BE BAD IF i AM FROM SWITZERLAND RAISED ON RAGUSAS ALL OF MY LIFE .and craving Ragusa's here in the USA , then getting some and they are tasting way too old....DONT BUY THEM !!!im TELLING THE TRUTH !!!! I know ragusas .....these are ancient ///

I was first introduced to this chocolate while traveling in Switzerland. I purchased some for my adult children and they loved it. I was excited to see that Amazon was carrying it. So I ordered it for everyone’s Christmas stocking. Once again a big hit. The chocolate is very creamy in consistency, and it has the hazel nuts. It’s just fabulous. I highly recommend.

Swiss chocolate and my favourite of all time .. it tastes so nice. Unfortunately it's not that easy to get hold off and when you can get hold of it. It's so expensive but I guess it's worth it.

So wonderful that I ordered more before the first one was gone. Sooooo delicious!
