Really great product
I received this tray quickly. I have used it about 10 times to make miniature tarts for some church and other holiday affairs. The tarts always baked evenly and the tarts fell out easily when turned over. Really nonstick. The cleanup is easy. I really like this mini muffin tray.

so good! Makes baking and clean up easier
Non stick, so good! Makes baking and clean up easier. Our favorite things to bake with this pan is brazilian cheese bread. So tasty! Be sure to make at lease double batch if you are feeding 4 hungry people.

Not non-stick
I have used this muffin pan twice in the past week. It is NOT non-stick. I used this one and my sister used another mini non-stick pan. We baked corn muffins in both pans. Her's came out very easy. Mine did not! In fact, at least 1/3 of the corn muffin was stuck to the pan. We sprayed both pans with cooking oil prior to baking. I used it again last night and had the same problem. I can't get it clean after soaking all night. I threw it in the trash.

great product
This mini muffin pan is excellent. So easy to use, good quality and easy to clean. I am happy that this item features 24 cups which is perfect, I only had to buy 1 of these. Shipped quickly and priced well within my budget.

Received different pan than the one pictured
Not sure why I bothered reading all those reviews only to have Amazon send a different Norpro Nonstick 24 Cup Mini Muffin Pan than the one pictured on the web page. Other reviewers seem to have received the pictured pan. Too much trouble to return it. I'll keep the pan. I'm sure it will make muffins. I would have saved a lot of time just picking up any old pan at the grocery store.

Take any cake recipe and make some fun!
My friends kept telling me that they had to cut down on their sweets, so when I saw this mini muffin pan I couldn't resist! You may want to buy two of them, as a box cake recipe will make 48 of these tiny treats! My favorite gluten-free "scratch" recipe made 72 of them! The label on the pan has a recipe and suggests that you use a melon baller to fill the wee cups. That didn't work well for me, so I tried using my smallest scoop type dropper, which worked better, but keep a bowl of water handy for dipping the scoop occasionally unless your batter is runnier than mine. Two teaspoons might work, also, scooping the batter from the first with the second one. Frosting them was easy and fast. I made a chocolate buttercream, used a star tip and a decorating bag. A single squirt will cover an entire cupcake! My friends who saw them laughed, then scarfed them down quickly! One cupcake, with frosting, was just one bite for most of them!As I suggested, you may want to buy two. I'm thinking about buying yet another one.

Item changed?
I bought two of these last year to make mini quiches and pecan tassies for our annual appetizer party. I also bought 4 smaller (12 mini-muffin) tins by Wilton. I used them all again this year and remember why I liked these the best. I really like having 24 in one pan, and I'm very rarely going to make less than 24 of something this small. And this tin was by far easier to get the sticky pecan tassies out without damaging them compared to the Wilton. Clean up is a breeze; I run water over them, let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then wipe each cup out with a soapy sponge. Rinse and I'm done. I'm going to order 2 more right now.UPDATE: I ordered 2 more, and received pans that are a different format, even though the picture and description haven't changed since I ordered my first two. I want to be able to nest them all, so I am returning the new ones and buying from another site.

Non-stick and easy to clean
I make cupcakes, mini-quiche, and filled puff pastries weekly. This is the pan to use for even cooking and easy clean-up. I've tried several others without much luck. Norpro is a great manufacturer for baking supplies for the average home cook.
