My feet feel fantastic after just a week of using these. I honestly wish I had picked them up years ago. The arch support makes a huge difference, especially if you’re on your feet all day. It helps reduce fatigue and takes pressure off the feet, which you start to notice pretty quickly. They fit well in most shoes without feeling bulky, and the 3/4 length design makes them easy to use across different types of footwear. Once they’re in, you don’t even think about them—they just work. Comfort lasts all day, and they’ve made a noticeable improvement not just in my feet, but overall lower body comfort. Overall, highly recommend if you deal with foot fatigue or need better support. Great investment in comfort.

My husband uses these in his sneakers and pretty much can’t survive without them! Whenever he buys new shoes or sneakers he forgets that he needs these and he gets bad back pain. As soon as I remind him and he moves them to the new shoes (or I purchase an additional set to keep in the new shoes) his back pain goes away and he has much more endurance/comfort on his feet. They’re eat to use (just tuck into your shoes) and they fit in pretty much all of his shoes/sneakers. They hold up for years and we rarely replace them. He has flat feet and these give him the arch that he doesn’t have. Recommend finding a place that has the machine that tells you which size you should buy. Many big pharmacies have them.

This is reorder.....been using them for years in all my shoes/sneakers....Great Quality..Terrific Arch support....Very Good Value...Just need to determine which size you require....Some Wamarts have the DS machine....

I have collapsed arches and a bit of arthritis in one ankle, and these supports are lifesavers. They fit nicely into Brooks Ghost (neutral) running shoes for daily wear. The arch support is very comfortable and they keep my feet from aching and my ankle from swelling. They're a bit pricey and eventually need to be replaced if for no other reason than getting a bit smelly after a while. The biggest issue I have with them is that they do not have the 430 style in a full-length version, only in the 3/4 length version. To fit these into my shoes properly, I have to remove the liner that comes with the shoe, and then I have nothing in the shoe beyond the where the orthotic ends. I do not understand why there isn't at least a thin cushioned extension to fit the entire shoe beyond where the orthotic portion ends. I've tried adding a regular Dr. Scholl's shoe liner, but then the orthotic slides slightly when I walk and it squeaks at every step.

These have saved my husband’s feet. He looked for years to find an insert that kept his feet from hurting and he finally found it with these.

I'd like to start off my saying I've often used a many Dr scolls foot related products for well over 25+ yrs and have been mostly satisfied. But I would still have some degrees of varying pain. I have to say with these I have had NO PAIN, PERIOD. Being a plus-sized lady and having a job were I stay predominantly on my feet, these are the 1st inserts made by scolls that I can go a little to no pain. At first, I'm not gonna lie the price scared me away from it for a while. But thankfully with my HSA card it gave me the freedom to give them a try! I will give Amazon credit this is probably the cheapest I've found them (at least at the time of me writing). They are pretty straightforward to use; simply pop them into any shoes (I guess within most casual types of shoes) you want. It still amazes me just how dramatic of difference my feet have been until I started using these. I can literally go 8+ hrs straight and my feet feel hella good :) Arch support is superior, my heels have stopped hurting and my overall foot fatigue has decreased. My only caveat I would say that I have is that I wish there was also a full feet size option (or at least one that extends down to the toe bed more). Besides that, I can't say I wouldn't even think twice about buying these again; definitely been worth the money!
