will it work with garmin vivocative 4s?

Sorry can’t help with this as I sent mine back because wasn’t compatible with my android phone.

I have an iphone 6 and an apple watch series 2 will it work with these now and i’m the future?

The Apple Watch yes, the iPhone 6 is all dependent on the iOS security and software patches that they provide in the future, but it is Compatible on iOS devices include: iPhone 6s and above, running iOS 13.0 and above. Compatible on select Android devices running Nougat 7.0 and above that include a gyroscope and accelerometer.

If I want to go to the driving range to practice do i need to take the sensors off or can i leave them on as I wont be on the app?

You can leave them on. They function only if you have told the app you are playing a round.

Can I use these sensors to track my shots without paying a subscription?

No. I would not recommend the Arccos system. I could not complete 1 single round before the battery went flat. This happened every time I played.
