A: I add 2 cups of coursely ground coffee to 16 cups of water. It’s wonderful! Adjust more or less to your personal taste. Enjoy!

A: It depends on how hot it is? But, it would keep cold for a couple of hours outside on an 85 degree day. I would recommend keeping eyes next to where your keeping your cold brew glass container. Its super good, the coffee and it last for about 2 weeks until you have to change it.
