PD600-TAM3 Alkaline Reverse Osmosis

No issues so far. Installation took me a while but that is mainly because I am not used to this sort of job and it took me a while to figure out the best place to put everything Instructions were clear and everything provided. Really pleased with the taste of the water and the functionality of the system. Would recommend

Could not be happier. Polluted water source got a TDS reading of 24 ppm from raw. Would highly recommend a prefilter system to protect the unit though. Not designed to handle off grid living but does an excellent job

Water tasted excellent first 4-5 weeks. But after 5 weeks or so we started noticing change in water taste and some lame scale started appearing in the kettle 😞

Excellent osmosis water filter — completely exceeded our expectations! We had previously used a reverse osmosis system when living in another country, so we have something to compare it with. After moving here, we were told the water quality was great, so for a while we used a simple filter jug, thinking that was enough. However, after a medical check (kidney ultrasound), I was told that crystals had already started forming. The doctor immediately asked where I live and what water I drink. When I said England and mentioned tap/filtered jug water, he told me straight away that the water here isn’t as good as people think. That’s when we decided not to take any risks and bought this system — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. I even measured the water with a tester: tap water, bottled water (Sainsbury’s), and water from this filter. The difference is very noticeable. The water from this system is amazing — soft, clean, and incredibly delicious . It’s genuinely hard to stop drinking it because it tastes so good. Also, we got it with a 15% discount at the time, which was already great. Highly recommend, especially if you care about your health. This is one of those purchases that truly makes a difference.

I had a Finerfilters 5 STAGE tank under sink before (the old style) & wanted to get another 5 stage one. Amidst searching high & low I couldn't find any decent ones. Bought this by mistake thinking it's 4 stage, but it's 3 stage. However, the water tastes even better. Really crisp & clear. . The tankless one is much more hygienic because the tank & filters tend to collect bacteria in my view due to water sitting there, especially when away so prefer this tankless one. The only thing to remember is although the plug is British 3 tong, the 3 way valve us American. I contacted Frizzlife (they have no phone number but email response is very fast, helpful & efficient) & they sent me the British BS 3 way stop valve. Installation needs a bit of knowledge of plumbing but much easier than my previous one. I had a nightmare before changing the filters but this one should be straightforward. The one filter only need changing once a year & the other every 2 years. A little expensive (much more than my previous one) but reasonable for this type. I'm very happy with & recommend.

Purchased on 7 February, this was the company’s top of the range reverse osmosis unit, costing around £800, so expectations for reliability and longevity were understandably high. The system has been used in a two-person household, despite being marketed as suitable for a family, so it has not been heavily used or pushed hard in any way. After just under two years of normal use, the unit has developed a significant leak. This occurred shortly after the 18 month warranty period, which was frustrating to discover. As the unit is installed under the sink, the leak wasn’t immediately obvious, but it has since caused damage to the kitchen cupboard base, which will now require repair. For a premium-priced filtration system, this level of failure in such a short timeframe is well below reasonable expectations. This does not appear to be wear and tear, but rather a durability or quality issue, especially given how lightly the system has been used. I’m leaving this review to be honest and factual, and in the hope that the manufacturer will stand behind their product and offer a reasonable resolution. A system at this price point should last considerably longer and certainly should not be causing property damage. At present, based on this experience, I would struggle to recommend the product. I hope the company chooses to engage constructively and demonstrate the level of customer care expected from a premium brand.

I’ve been using the Frizzlife Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for a bit now and I’m honestly very impressed. The installation was much easier than I expected, and the tankless design saves a lot of space under the sink. The water flow is fast, and the taste difference is noticeable right away — clean, fresh, and no weird aftertaste. I really like the built-in display that shows TDS levels and filter life. It’s convenient not having to guess when filters need replacing. The alkaline remineralization is a nice bonus, and the water tastes great for drinking and cooking. Overall, the system feels well-built and high quality. It does exactly what it promises, and I feel confident about the water my family is drinking. I’d definitely recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable under-sink RO filter.

Ho acquistato la versione 1000 GPD con alcalinizzatore esterno per sostituire il mio vecchio impianto di altra marca. Immediatamente ho notato la qualità dei materiali molto superiore alla mia vecchia macchina e dopo la installazione fatta da me ho apprezzato la maggiore portata d'acqua, la silenziosità, il sapore. Ho voluto apportare una deviazione all'ingresso dell'alcalinizzatore con un rubinettino per prelevare acqua osmotizzata pura per il ferro da stiro, per l'idropulsore dentale, per diluire detersivi concentrati ed altri usi simili. Ho lasciato il mio vecchio rubinetto ma devo dire che quello Frizzlife è più bello ed appena avrò una occasione valida provvederò alla sostituzione. Consiglio decisamente Frizzlife.

Enfin un osmoseur de qualité. De plus il est livré complet, notice en français, tous les accessoires indispensables pour l'installation. Je l'ai installé en 1h15 sans surprise. Tout est fait parfaitement en ayant suivi les instructions. Je recommande le mini réservoir à ajouter pour obtenir un débit d'eau puissant et sans à coup. L'eau qui est très dure chez moi ressort à 7ppm, mesure faite avec l'outil inclus dans le colis. Un régal. J'ajoute ce nouveau commentaire pour faire suite à mon expérience avec le service client Frizzlife. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde satisfaction envers le service client de Frizzlife, qui s’est distingué par une qualité d’écoute absolument remarquable. Lors d’un problème avec mon osmoseur, l’équipe a fait preuve d’une réactivité et d’une attention exemplaires. Dans un premier temps, ils m’ont rapidement envoyé une nouvelle membrane pour résoudre le souci. Constatant que le défaut persistait, ils n’ont pas hésité à m’envoyer un nouvel osmoseur, qui fonctionne désormais parfaitement. Cette approche proactive et leur engagement à garantir ma satisfaction sont tout simplement exceptionnels. Jamais je n’ai rencontré un service client aussi dévoué et à l’écoute. Un immense merci à Frizzlife pour cette expérience irréprochable !

I purchased PD400 in Oct2023 and all went well for 40 days or so. Then the water pressure dropped so low that it was unusable. Then I bought the MWT3 pressure tank, even that didn’t make any change in the water pressure. Then I was in contact with support over emails. They sent a replacement filter and valve, still nothing changed. Finally they gave back the money. So learning is: The support is limited to only replacing the parts they ‘think’ might be a problem, support doesn’t know for sure what caused the system to drastically reduce the output pressure.
