This was purchased as a gift for the in-laws. They love this brand and flavor. The spend their winter in Florida and use this all the time when cooking and grilling.

This the best seasoning I've ever used on both fish and chicken. It has the perfect blend of spices, including salt. to give food the most delicious taste. I would love to have access to a larger bottle.

So… this is the first ever seasoning that I am making a review for and it’s truly because I think this is SOOOO GOOD, and so underrated. I have basically a collection of seasoning, and then my husband has his collection as well 😂 but of all the meat seasoning we have this is my top tier, our absolute favorite. This says it’s for chicken and fish, we’ve used on both chicken and fish and this seasoning is absolutely delicious on both. For chicken: it gives almost a rotisserie chicken flavor. For the fish, it complements well, adds almost a Smokey / blackened flavor. While it is delicious, it’s not over powering, and it’s definitely it super salty either. Even if you are a person who uses or wants a ton of salt, this is worth the buy, and just adding your own salt. We haven’t used on meats other than chicken, and fish yet, but I’m sure it would work okay for a variety of items. Aside from meat I have used to help season different sauces/roux’s and it’ll add some good flavor and color. It has variety for sure, and I can’t wait to try others from this brand. But this is my # 1!
