This lotion is great but the pump doesn’t work so I cannot get the lotion out of the bottle. Can I get a replacement pump?

I love the Wow products, got the shampoo, my hair loves it. The problem is the Amazon packaging. When I got my package some of the shampoo leaked out of the bottle and all over the inside of the bag and all over the bottle. Bright side is I like the pump.

I really wanted to love this product because i love the WOW brand shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, I just couldn't in use this on my body. It smelled horrible and left my skin feeling itchy. I checked the date on the bottle - manuractured May 2021, delivered to me December 2022 and expires April 2023. Not sure if the smell and itchy skin is caused due to the almost expired product, but I'm not willing to rub that spoiled milk- baby vomit smell on my body. Would not recommend .

Just received your wow lotion. Love the shampoo and conditioner. Love the lotion , when received it was opened and half of it leaked out. Never had a problem with amazon like that.

Pretty nice value. I use it mostly on my arms and chest. Would say it has a positive moisturizing effect. No major complaints.

I have been using wow products so, naturally ordered body lotion. As I went through the bottle details. I could see the expiration date is in April and the the lotion smell is not good once applied on the skin.
