Great and less expensive
3600mg makes it perfect for my wife and me. We only take 1 instead of 2 with our last brand and it works great and less expensive.

Better formula, great results.
I have been taking this supplement for years. It helps with lower back pain and significantly lowers the chances of my back going out with simple movements. This specific brand formulation seems to be a notch above the others that I've tried with better results in an issue free lower back. Also, no problems with digestion, even on empty stomach in morning. It works.

I guess they work
I used to use the crab-derived Glucosamine, but I've been using this vegan option for a while now, and I guess it works fine. Hard to know for certain, since I'm often still in some pain e.g. from running and various injuries, but I've been using Glucosamine etc. for decades and the few times I haven't, it's been much worse.
