Is tnis cotton or rayon?

I'm not sure about cotton or rayon. What I do know is that it doesn't work. Was supposed to be waterproof. It is not. Does not stick well. I would not purchase again.

Is the Hy-Tape stretchy?

No, as you pull the tape to stretch it, the tape will start to deform along the stretch and not return to the original shape.

I dont recall seeing that on the packaging. However it is not very sticky. It wouldn't stick to my skin very long. I was using it to seal a bag to my skin for showering and it came off with 5 min of being in the water. Personally do not recommend.

Is this skin blending so it’s not obvious on my face?

Yes; I think it's intended to be "skin color"....it's pretty discreet.

Fantastic

This tape is fantastic. I had a new scar at the base of my neck and went on a beach holiday. I used it every day in the sun and sea and shower for two weeks. It stayed put all day and protected the scar from the sun. At night it is easily removable and doesn't leave a sticky residue. The only thing was that it was delivered in a clear plastic bag rather than an original box, which is obviously down to the seller rather than the product itself. Expensive but totally worth it for the peace of mind

Not waterproof

This is not waterproof. There’s better tape on the market. I had stitches from a cyst removal and bought this to keep the dressing in place while swimming. Elastaplast waterproof plasters work. This does not
