Great for the price and solid simple look. The missing pieces - No template in the packaging - No plastic anchors for drywall use only 4 bare screws in the packaging. - No instructions. But was easy to figure. - The distance between the mounting plates from their centers need to be 5 and 3/4 inches wide for the roller to fit snug. Dont exceed this distance more than a mm or 2. Tips... - Mount the first plate at the desired height. I found 25 inches from the floor level was optimal for us. - Measure 5 and 3/4 inches from the center of this mounted plate (or its holes) and drill holes for the other plate while using a level bottle (very important). - There is some give on the plates for minor adjustments before tightening the screws but don't error too much on the level bottle. - Need 4 drywall plastic anchors of 1/4 inch if there aren't studs behind the dry wall ( they are not in the packaging) for each install. Will also need 1/4 inch drill bit if using plastic anchors or 1/8 inch for stud pre-drilled holes. Hope this helps.

We needed a solid toilet paper roll holder that could be installed in a convenient location. I say solid because a travel trailer takes a beating going down the road. This product met all of our needs. It was priced right, fast delivery and easy to install! We mounted it to the back of a cabinet door in our travel trailer bathroom. I used some small bolts, lock washers, nuts and finish washers that already had. It really turned out nice. The hardware included would work fine if I was mounting on the wall in a traditional home. I highly recommend you buying this one! The brackets are metal with a nice chrome finish. The spring loaded spool is made of plastic with a chrome finish. For the price you won't go wrong!

Good product

I paid under $3 for this item, which is a really great value, especially given that this is MOEN brand. I ordered two units and installed them already. One came with chrome finish scratched off in one spot on the roll bar but that will be covered by the toilet paper so, it's not a big deal. The side brackets seem sturdy and look great albeit being a bit bulky. There were no instructions included but the installation was straight forward. Just do yourself a favor and create a simle installation template first -- assemble everything atop a piece of paper, trace the brackets, and mark where to drill the holes. Then use the template to drill pilot holes wherever you plan to install it.

Cheap plastic, you get what you pay for. Install was standard. One of the tensioning screws was messed up leaving half wobbly for months till it fell off the other day. Wont go back on either.

I had an open ended holder before but the tp kept getting knocked off! So I decided to go with a classic style, and this one is perfect! No more tp rolling across the floor!

Good solid paper holder. Exact same dimensions of the old one that this replaces. Easy to install and solid unit.

Es lindo y tal como se ve en la foto, viene en una bolsa plástica transparente lo cual me hizo dudar un poco pero la calidad en realidad es buena.

This product arrived and looked as pictured. The ends are metal and look good. This product was pretty standard to install and is good value for the price. Note that the cylinder which holds the toilet paper is plastic which is coated in a silver coloured paint to match. This paint has chipped in one spot after less than a week. Although this is a minor issue, it would be better if it was made of metal.
