Great taste, mixed right in, and gives good energy.

It taste alone is bad but when you blend it with milk and banana, it tastes perfect!!

I really like this product. I will use it to make protein pancakes, take CLA pills for exercise, and also use the MCT oil from another brand. I also like to add chia seeds and flaxseeds. These are all my favorites.

Very helpful with weight management

I bought the vanilla one. The flavor is chalky and the consistency is like they added cornstarch to it. I can't drink this at all. I tried mixing it with fruits, same thing. The protein side of it might be good. But if i can't drink it, what it the point.

Very good product. It does curve you appetite for a couple of hours. I add it to all my smoothies.

Its got a good taste but it gave me the poops but maybe that's what its suppose to do???

I personally do not mind the taste! I thought about adding it into my coffee (which I still debate and will update if I do) but it takes like the basic french vanilla creamer you can find anywhere. If you like the sound of that, I would recommend it! Have only used it for a week or so as a breakfast replacer (with a small snack to go with) or right before working out, and I'd normally get hungry after four to six hours after this process.
