George Noory - "THIS GENERATION'S CHARIOTS OF THE GODS... Takes us on a journey we will never forget." Sean Stone - "Courageous...a new perspective on the creation and engineering of man." The familiar stories of the book of Genesis affirm that God made the universe, planet earth, and you and me. However, various anomalies in the text clue us that we are not reading the original version of these stories. So what were the original narratives and what did they say about who we are and where we all came from? What was the earlier story of human origins, almost obliterated from the Hebrew Scriptures in the 6th century BC, and suppressed from Christian writing in the 2nd and 3rd centuries AD? And what does any of this have to do with extraterrestrials? Escaping from Eden will take you on a journey around the world and into the mythologies of ancient Sumeria, Mesoamerica, India, Africa, and Greece to reveal a profound secret, hidden in plain sight in the text of the Bible. Far reaching and deeply controversial, this book points to truths about ourselves - our history and potential - that you may have long suspected but not dared to speak! Review: This book changed my life. - Paul Wallis is a superb writer. His style is easy to read and keeps you involved and intrigued. The first time I heard him interviewed was December 2023. It wasn't long before I had ordered 2 of his books. I have always been a truth seeker. Over the years when I would ask some deep questions of religious leaders I kept getting the same answer, "Sometimes we don't know the answers, we just have to take it by faith". That never satisfied me, so I set out on the search for truth on my own. The information given by Paul Wallis in his books is presented in a manner that keeps you coming back for more. I now own all of his Eden series books and have begun re reading them. The second reading is even better! I highly recommend all the Eden series books to anyone who is not afraid to test what was taught to them and once accepted in blind faith. Truth completes the puzzle and connects the dots. Truth liberates and brings peace and joy back into your life! Review: Paul Wallis - Paul Wallis' interpretations of the Bible validate a lot of my assumptions. His presentation is easy to understand and convey.

Who or what is God? Escaping from Eden discusses this and more.
First, I would like to begin by explaining what attracted me to Paul’s work. Recently in my life, due to my physical health deteriorating since suffering a traumatic brain injury, I found myself thanking “God” for being able to continue to live on at any capacity. So, in thanks, I began my very first read-through of the Bible. Not too long after I started reading, I noticed there seem to be many references to material that the Bible writers assume you would already know while reading. For example, in Numbers 13, God commands Moses to send men to spy out the land of Canaan. Now, if God’s omniscient, why would he/she need to have Moses take such action? Also, in number 13:33, we have this verse: “We also saw the Nephilim there (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” I find myself asking the question, who is Anak, and why does the Bible assume I should already know this? The more of the Bible I read, the more I began to wonder. Who or what is God? Why would he be jealous and need the use of men to spy and cause war? What happened to the benevolent God I learned about in Catholic school? These questions and more are what eventually lead to me getting my hands on Escaping from Eden. This book explores the very same questions I asked myself when reading through the Bible. Each time I read through Escaping from Eden, I find myself asking more questions. Truthfully, this is one of the most thought-provoking books I have ever read. Every time I start reading this, I cannot put it down. I highly recommend this book for anyone, like myself, who questions the concept of the God described in the Old Testament. After reading Escaping from Eden, I found myself researching more about our ancient past and beliefs than I ever have before. In conclusion, I would like to thank the Author for all the time and research he put into his work. The quality of content in this book is superb and is very easy to follow along. Once you pick this up, I guarantee you will not want to put it down until you’re finished. I know I can’t. Simply superb.

Escaping From Eden by Paul Wallis
This is an intriguing book, all the more so because of the subject and who wrote it. Paul started this a minister who sensed something odd and out of place in the Genesis stories of creation, Eden, Noah, and Babel. He correlated these stories from the Bible with earlier Sumerian texts and other parallel stories from around the world. In this book Paul teases out an account of disagreeing elohim who seem to be extra terrestrials who arrive after some great calamity to earth and tinker with or create humanity for their own purposes. Then later the elohim are divided over human capabilities and take steps to eliminate the possibility of rivalry with humans. You rarely read a book like this dealing with Anunnaki and trying to distinguish between God and the elohim (or Anunnaki) and the God of the Bible written by a Christian. That gives this book a unique voice. I think Paul does a very good job in the first half explaining what seems to be going on. And in the ending of the book I think he makes the point of seeing God as taught by Jesus as quite different from the elohim. Paul also makes connection with the idea that at the events of Babel, humanity was reset or readjusted in a way that limits our "vision" and capabilities to less than we are capable of without that limit. He also makes the point that the first humans of Genesis were created as slaves or servants to the elohim. There have been consequences of that too. I enjoyed the way Paul unwrapped the mystery in a way you can follow. And some of his theological points resonated with some of my own perceptions. The book is a fairly easy read. I read it in a day and it held my attention.

What theological tradition did not disclosed of the Genesis creation story
If an author wants to make a deep critical analysis of Biblical texts, he must have a solid study background in theology and scriptures languages. The author of Scaping from Eden, Paul Wallis, has that background when he served for 33 years as a Church Doctor, a Theological Educator, and an Archdeacon in the Anglican Church in Australia. Paul's studies in languages, linguistics, and theology took him to the University of Bath, England; the Machiavelli Institute in Florence, Italy; St John's College and the University of Nottingham in the UK; and to Brazil's Instituto Pastoral Regional in Belem, Amazonia. This academic preparation and teaching experience allowed him to delicately dissect the first 22 chapters of Genesis, the first book of the Bible. He carefully reviews the creation story depicted there and points out the incongruences between what is narrated and what is traditionally interpreted as historical fact. The discrepancies that Paul identifies in the creation stories present an overall picture of how some of the standard teachings of their meaning and context require a re-interpretation that puts those stories in a challenging comprehension the way theologians and clergy have done for about 1650 years. I cannot describe the discrepancies Paul exposes in the book because there are too many. It suffices to state that the serpent that tempts Eve is not a serpent. If the reader is intrigued by this affirmation, he is invited to find out how many more revealing disclosures are presented that will blow his mind. This is an invitation to the reader of this review to take a bold plunge into Escaping from Eden to find himself immersed in a new and challenging way of understanding Genesis that probably he will not find written elsewhere with such thoroughness, serious documentation, and easy-to-read language. The overall picture Paul knits is so revealing that one is forced to reconsider what he believed about the creation of man and his expulsion from the Garden of Eden.

Thought provoking subject to take seriously
I’ve read four of the books, in order. He does a good job sticking to the subject at hand. This is the perfect introductory book to the series.

Revolutionary and Illuminating
On YouTube videos by Paul A. Wallis, he described his discoveries and his journey to find old testament biblical truths. On the same day as discovering Paul Wallis, I also watched a video by Mauro Biglino. I've been led to these great truths This is book #1 of the "Eden" series. Mr. Wallis writes as brilliantly as he speaks. This book is filled with fascinating facts and insights. His explanation of the Hebrew word "Elohim" will enlighten you to an extremely important fact. I like his style of writing and because of the positive learning experience, I purchased the other four books he wrote in this series about Genesis, Eden. Wow! Thank you Mr. Wallis!

Truth and Fascinating
This is a GREAT book!!! I couldn't wait to get back to reading the next part. Paul Wallis talks about subjects and ideas I have also realized the truth about in my own "down the rabbit hole"🐇 awakening journey. It was helpful to hear the perspective of a man who is profoundly involved professionally in religion as his understandings of aspects of religious history helped to widen my understandings of the Ancient past and past. To see the stories of ancient beings separated from the True source light energy (God) is beautiful because it allows us as humans to take into our hearts the reality that Source light energy is not a negative force but a pure oneness with all consciousness. Now I'm going to read his next book 📚. Light and love to All. Thankyou for sharing your journey Paul Wallis 🙏☀️

Less Garden of Eden than expected
I expected something different. The author explains himself much better and clearer on Videos. This book is for a bit wordy and difficult to follow. Too many "round abouts" and less than expected clear references to what happened in the Garden of Eden.
