Yonico 13916 45 Degree Chamfer Edge Forming Router Bit 1/2-Inch Shank

Good quality, sharp and good value for money. Used to put a chamfer on the bottom of some table legs.

I wanted a 15 degree chamfer bit for a specific task. I had never heard of this make and was a little dubious. However, noting it had originated in the US rather than elsewhere I took the plunge ( pun not intended ). The quality seems every bit as good as those I have seen from an established UK manufacturer. It has performed very well so far giving a clean smooth cut on an oak board. I have a steeper 11.5 degree one on order and expect that to be as good. No hesitation to date on buying from this tool brand.

The item seemed good, but unfortunately was too large for my Bosch 1200 so had to return it. The Bosch can only take up to about 45mm dia and this was larger. Yonico seems to produce good bits at reasonable prices, so bought a similar bit but of a smaller diameter. Seemed good, but double check your router can accommodate the large bit.

Great product. Bought this chamfer router bit to put 20mm chamfer on 23m of oak posts in total. Did this with 3 passes. Nice smooth cuts and still had life in it after completion. Would highly recommend.

I use this to finish edges of tables and it works amazingly. No tear outs or burns and has stayed sharp
