They include HL bulb but not tail, backup or front (amber) turn signal bulbs. I wasn't expecting any bulbs so the HL bulbs were a nice surprise. Install was very straight forward. Fit was good and took about an hour. Light pattern was good, not as good as OEM but it was good. installed new lamps and was good to go.
