Husband convinced me we needed these after seeing them reviewed on YouTube. I thought it was a totally unnecessary purchase... until I used them. Cant even describe why, but these are such a nice tool. Not suitable if you use nonstick PFAS pans as they'd cut the Teflon. But they are great in all other applications
