The taste is ok if a little sweet but definately something i can get on with, just dont get it on your hands its a bit tacky. I have tried this on 2 of my long runs at around 20 miles each and found they definately give me the pick me up that i need and helped me maintain performance so i think ive found the right product for me. Does the job!
Taste takes a bit of getting used to. Using these to train for marathon. Seem to be working!

First time that I have used these, I really liked the maple flavour. I used them for the first time on the race day, my 82nd half marathon. I was anticipating a strong coffee flavour, I was very happy with how the maple and coffee flavour went together and will now be swapping to these gels permanently!
