Divine, for combination hair, cleansing and hydration without so many chemicals

I’ve been using this brand for years. I always come back to it when I get adventurous and try other shampoo and conditioners. The shampoo cleans well and the conditioner is not too light or too heavy. With this shampoo/conditioner I don’t need to use dry shampoo between washings. Note: I long medium thick 2b hair and I wash every 3-4 days.

I love the consistency of the conditioner! It is so luxurious and doesn’t weigh down my hair. The shampoo is ultra clarifying on my porous hair, which is a bit too much for me. I only use it once or twice a month. It does what it says it will do.

Got it for my son. He likes it. Smells isn’t strong. Gentle on his curls.

The shampoo has a protein ingredient. My hair seized up and felt like straw. The conditioner does not have protein and smoothed my hair. It did not smooth or condition my hair to fix the protein in the shampoo. I had to rewash my hair with a clarifying shampoo. The conditioner softened my hair, it felt silky during the wash. The conditioner deserves 4/4.5 stars. The shampoo is what was awful for my protein sensitive hair. If your hair is sensitive to protein then pass on this shampoo. The conditioner was nice but it did not give enough smoothing moisture for my newly wavy/curly hair which gets frizzy now too. So, I have ordered another set of shampoo and conditioner.

Very cleansing and hydrating. Work's great on my 4C medium porosity hair. Leaves my hair feeling clean, hydrated and soft. This clarifying shampoo definitely is a good balance of cleansing and hydrating.

This is the holy Grail if you have protein sensitive hair. I have been dealing with protein overload and kept thinking that I was buying protein free shampoo and conditioner but near the bottom of ingredients I would find added protein. I finally got onto a blog that suggested this and I absolutely love it. First off, a tiny bit goes a long way and it lathers really well and the conditioner spreads really well. I can tell my hair is squeaky clean but moisturized. My hair feels softer instead of that brittle frizzy feeling . I feel like this is so affordable and will last a while too. I’m very happy with this find!!
