Excellent sound quality, but my unit had audio dropouts and Teams mute synch failures.
The sound clarity on this device was excellent, the probably best of the several ~$100 speakerphone units that I tried in choosing one. Unfortunately, I experienced inbound audio dropouts while using MS Teams, frequently enough to make the device unsatisfactory. An A:B test with other devices showed this to be an issue with the Avaya device. An additional nice feature of this device that backfired was mute synch with MS teams. Device was aware of Teams and vice-versa, so if I muted on device, teams would show my mic as muted. This was great except when the device and Teams mute status occasionally fell out of synch. Inconvenient but not a show stopper. Because of the inbound audio dropouts, I returned the device. I did not pursue a replacement. May be worth a try (and a review) if you're looking for the best sonic clarity at this price point. If not for the audio dropouts, this would have been my #1 choice.

picks up a lot of background noise. volume not loud enough. no much difference from the iPhone build-in speaker and mic, except for the $100 price tag.

Small, not loud at all, won't work with skype.
If this was 30% bigger and 30% more expensive, it'd be worth it, but the should is JUST BARELY better than your average smartphone. Returned.

Best portable for WFH & Travel
I really like this little speaker and what you get for how compact it is. I connect it via USB to my MacBook for daily conference calls as well as weekly family video dinners across multiple video solutions (Zoom, RingCentral, Spaces, FaceTime, Teams...) and it works great. At the same time, I connect it to my iPhone via bluetooth and can use it as a speaker phone switching between my MacBook and iPhone without doing anything. Sound quality is really good for a small room and no one complains about having a hard time hearing me. I'm traveling and working from hotels during the holidays and with the included soft case & cable, it is a great travel solution. This is a great addition to my WFH & Mobile setup!
