I have purchased Goobis for my grandson for years. There are larger sets and there are smaller sets. Goobis are fantastic for children with imaginations, who loved to build and children who just love to "piddle". You can add to your child (or grandchild's) Goobi set literally to infinity. You can never have enough Goobis nor can you never build a big enough Goobi design. There are "fake" Goobis out there and in my opinion they are not as good as the real thing for many reasons. The authentic Goobis are well worth the additional money you pay for them. That is a well-informed opinion, tried, true and tested. The original set I bought had a red and blue sectional case. This last set didn't. I don't know if that's a permanent change or if that just happened to be what I landed on this time. However, the case is an absolute necessity to keep your Goobis organized. Again, you can't go wrong with Goobis, but you need a nice, big set, so get ready to spend some money. They last forever, so it's worth it. Your child will thank you and if you take care of them and don't lose them they won't break so you can pass them down! Enjoy!

Our grandson liked these so much that we went back and ordered another set, so his 9 year old brother could also use them. There are illustrations in the box that show different configurations, but the boys also had fun coming up with their own ideas for building.

great set. my kid loves playing with it. the only complaint I had was the foam packaging it came with broke two seconds into opening it. I had to go get a plastic container so the parts wouldn't get lost.

Bought these so long ago and my kids still love them!

My son who's 4 and a half loves this toy! We've had it since he was two but didn't really get into it until he turned 3. The pieces that snap on and secure the corners were a bit hard for him when he first starting playing with it but as his motor skills developed now he doesn't need help anymore. It is so versatile and shapes up to whatever he wants it to be, makes his imagination run wild. He spends hours constructing and deconstructing. It's a really great toy!
