Is it actually waterproof? Like I have no ac in my car and in the summer my face sweats like crazy.

Not even slightly waterproof. if you sweat, like working out or because its hot, brown streaks will be running down your face. Terrible.

I actually have a similar problem. I used to tweeze my eyebrows very little and some spots didn't grow back. So I also have patches. I been having trouble finding something that cld help and this looks natural and not bulky! Works for me hopefully same for you
