Is this ok just for gums sore from dentures?

Use it all over gums but to be honest it's not that great!

Does this form a protective layer like iglu

This Gengigel Gel is a good product. I had ulcers and gum problems after a few days the results were amazing. My dentist recommended this product. I’ve always got a tube in the cupboard.

Does the product stick to the gums, and does it then harden or remain gloopy? Does brushing teeth remove it fully ? Then presumably reapply?

It doesn't harden and you should massage it in to the sore or ulcer and not just dab it on so that the active ingredient can be absorbed. It's not like a liquid plaster or similar. I would think you should reapply if you clean your teeth afterwards but I would apply after eating and cleaning teeth. I find it very effective.
