We love this chocolate and I do all my baking with it. If I order in large quantities like this it does not cost that much more than the grocery store chocolate. Love love the flavor and the seller was awesome. They made a mistake in shipping and were quick to correct it right away. Chocolate was packed well with freezer packs and insulation and everything arrived perfectly in a warm season! April 2020 - still using my original order of 22 lbs from last July and the chocolate is amazing still. Have kept it in cool place in sealed container. So pleased!

Callebaut is our favorite chocolate for our bon bons, especially their 811 recipe. It’s the best quality at a great price. The supplier got our order out quickly and it came in good shape.

This chocolate is so delicious and easy to work with. I tempered in the microwave and used the seeding method. I am not a professional and read information online and used a ThermoWorks thermometer for my temps. I will definitely purchase again.

Delicious real dark chocolate that melts and tempers well. I thought the pieces would be a bit bigger, but each piece is about the size of a chocolate chip, not larger like the chocolate flavored candy melts.

Package arrived several days ahead of expected delivery. There were ice packs in there to keep the product from melting in case of heat exposure. I was impressed. The product itself has a reputation of being the best. So I am a happy customer.

This Callebaut chocolate is so easy to use. I hand dipped candies and they came so beautiful. I used these callets to seed and that worked well but I'm going to use a bar/block next time. It's easier to remove the unmelted seed with a mass. And Cacaoholic is a great seller.
