Ive tried just about everything that I could think of and nothing worked for my shoulder ( have torn tendon, neck problems.etc..) BTW I am actually a customer and my friend told me to try it,that it helped her husband so I thought I might as well try it since I bought about everything I could think of and nothing has helped BUT I bought this and it actually works I couldn't believe it!!! it helps calm the pain down so you can actually do something without having a lot of pain there are times where I put it on and it doesn't take the pain completely away but it does help a bit when I'm really hurting I would recommend this to anyone that has any sort of pains rather be knees, ankles, back, etc... you don't need to put a lot on but massage it into your skin and after about 15 minutes it's dry it does not smell hardly at all not like other products with that menthol smell, I even put some in a little container in my purse on the go just in case I need it but I highly recommend it and it's not that much money to try it because other stuff that I've tried was way more expensive and did not work so it doesn't hurt to give it a try!! Thank you ๐ I've been using this for months on my neck,shoulder,and knees,I rub it in real good, and it does help alot I'm serious I've bought just about everything out there no lie!!! But this is the best ever and the only one I buy now its a thick gel and it lasts!!! 100% love it plus not a strong menthol smell it goes away quickly anyway hope that helps!
