Good heavy cotton fabric. Yes, Dickies can be described as feeling like "cardboard", but it's super-durable fabric. It looks good for casual dressing up with coats for anything not requiring a suit. Fits slim. Hang dry only. They shrink to skin tight after drying with heat. I use my old (shrunk) 5-yr old pair for everything in the house. An old pair does not feel like cardboard. More soft and comfortable, actually. Fit takes me back to the 2000s. Hipsters.

Was skeptical these wouldn't be Dickies quality, being a ft. worth local. But these are the real deal. Super quality, great fit, nice and comfortable. A little thick for hot weather but I knew that going into it.

I usually wear a size 36 waist when buying Dockers Alpha Khaki but these pants are a blend of 98% cotton with 2% spandex, so the waist band stretches for comfort. I might be able to wear a 34 waist but a 35 waist would be best, but Dickies does not make a 35 waist. I stand 5 feet and six inches tall and I have a well developed body so that finding pants that fit is not easy. The slim tapered or skinny cut now popular is style that fits me well and I look good wearing these pants. These pants are not tight; they look fitted or well proportioned to my body type. The cotton spandex blend conforms to my body movements which make these pants excellent for doing work inside or outside, even heavy work. The pants material is durable and stain resistant. The skinny cut and the material are above my expectations. These pants look good enough for casual wear too. The price is a good buy from Amazon, so if you have the right body type for the skinny cut buy these pants.

Great product, I have several pairs. Super affordable. They do fit a little small after being through the washer and dryer several times, but I just order an inch size up from my normal size and that works fine. Love the fit and they cuff beautifully. Wish there were more colors available, but you make do. Mainly used for work, still in good condition for how long I've had them. Material is on the heavier side, but it's very durable. I just ordered another pair of the tan.

These are a perfect fit - fits true to size. Note these are a slim/skinny fit work pant, therefore great for a more streamlined tailored fit. They are great quality and launder nicely.

I received the pants in the mail, and wore them without washing them a few times. I did it because the fabric was rough, and i wanted to soften it up a bit. I always wear Size 32 waist, and initially it fit perfectly. It was slim, but not constricting. The length was also great. After those initial wears the fabric softened up, and i decided it was time for a wash to see if it would actually shrink.Well.. unfortunately it shrunk.. a lot. After the wash it's practically impossible to wear them comfortably. They became extremely tight around the thighs, and seat. It's a shame that they shrunk so much because they were a great pair of pants for that week or so before i washed them, and a great deal at the price. I don't know whether i should size up, and give another pair a chance, or just move on and try to find another similar pair of pants.3 stars because of the extreme shrinkage. If they had not shrunk, and retained that softness that they develop after a few wears they'd be 5 Stars.

I originally purchased these pants for my spa work uniform, but after doing some research on "uniforms for everyday" (think Steve Jobs, Obama, etc.) I decided to use these in my personal life as well. This product is amazing! Not only do they fit like a dream, they function well for work and for play. I have literally finished work, changed my shirt, threw on a blazer and different shoes and headed out for a night on the town with the same pants. They look great, and they're slimming. These pants can replace flat-front suit pants, I just got my pair tailored for $10 to have the hem perfected and the waist brought in a bit. Here's the catch, and I know because I have purchased both these and the thinner version, you cannot wash these--especially if they're the pants you want to wear for personal use. I repeat, do not wash the pants. They fade over time, even if you air dry. I spot clean mine and they've been with me for about a year while still keeping the excellent look.

Nothing skinny about what was sent to me these are like Jncos Jeans wide. I just noticed that the inside label does not match the tag it’s 2 sizes larger that what I ordered.
