I purchased this product a month or two before there transition to there new ones. Although I love the way it works the white one went out on me. I contacted customer service. After questioning they decided to replace it with a new since I am still under warranty. The new one is working great so far with no problems and I have no regrets. Great job chipolo.

Much better than Tile. It doesn't wait until I'm on the plane to ask me if I have my wallet. 50 feet it's asking me if I know where it is. 25.06.11 I'd rather it tell me I forgot something in the house when I mow my tiny lawn, than to not tell me when I leave the airport bar and start heading to my flight.

My elderly father has memory problems and CONSTANTLY hides and loses his wallet! This is thin enough that he won't remove it and claim it is bothering him (like he did with several other brands). It is also loud enough to be heard through piles of clothes and cabinets and such. I have tried the other brands and this is the only one that seems to have lasting battery, loud sound, and is actually thin. As well it is incredibly easy to set up and use, the app is self explanatory and it took seconds to do. If you are frustrated with the other finders you have purchased but definitely still need one give this one a try. The price is also affordable!

the sound the card emits would be louder this would be a 5 star product. As it is, it is hard to hear and spot the tracked object, specially if it is bellow a pillow or similar. EDIT 21-12-2022: Not even 6 months have passed and the battery is already dead. Absolute trash product.

I like the smaller size vs the one that charges in the sun. fits in the wallet much better

bought these in March of 2025 been trying to use them ever since. not happy they don't have great range. they definitely require their own app although they were advertisers being able to use Google find. they're like a junk knockoff of Tile

A crucial advertised feature, "notify when out of range," doesn't work well enough for it to be useful. When the bluetooth connection is disconnected between wallet card and your phone, the app knows it immediately. So the great thing would be for it to tell you this, so you'll know you dropped your wallet somewhe or left it home as you walk to your car. You can turn on notification of this so you'll be alerted. But when I tested this it would never notify me. I check the app, it says disconnected, so why won't it just alert me? I checked Chipolo's support page. It says it doesn't notify right away because they don't want to bother you with false alerts if you still have your wallet but got disconnected for some other reason. It says it'll notify you eventually. This is terrible policy. I'm trying to protect the contents of my WALLET. ID, credit cards, cash, etc. If someone else gets to this wallet before I get back to it, I'm screwed. I rather be "bothered" occassionally, falsely, because it lost connection. I can just check my pocket, see I still have it, and ignore the alert. So when will it evetually notify? I drove a half mile away and parked and I sat there for a half hour waiting for it to alert me, it didn't so I drove home. The app knows where it was last seen, it knows I just moved away from that location, it's not like I'm still in the same location it was last seen. It shows where I am on the map, where it is. But no, still no alert. This is the one feature they have to set them aside from Apple, that doesn't have a wallet tracker, and Tile, that does but charges a monthly fee for that feature... and Chipolo blew it. How about an additional slider that says notify me no matter what, and explain it will occasionally give false alerts?

実際に妻に財布を家の中で隠してもらって確かめてみました。 そしたらスマホのGPSで「近く」と表示されます。10ｍとか。 そうなると、今度は音を鳴らすことができるので、簡単に場所が分かりました。 実際、最近財布を無くして警察に紛失届を出し、クレジットカードを止めるなど大騒ぎになったので、つけることにしましたが、性能が抜群で、使い方も簡単でした！！

Schrott. Nach nur einem Monat ist die Batterie leer, weil die Dinger ab Herstellung laufen. Es gibt keinen Schalter oder andere Unterbrechung für den Strom. Die Batterie wechseln geht auch nicht, aber man bekommt "tolle" Angebote für neue Karten. Nie wieder!
