Toner did not seem to last as long as some of the other products I have bought on Amazon

This was my first purchase of toner cartridges from amazon and I was very pleased with this product. I did have some trouble with the installation as my printer gave me a message to replace the cartridges. After contacting AZ Supplies they gave me a link to fix the problem and this worked great. The cyan cartridge leaked toner in my machine so I contacted AZ again and they promply sent me a replacement. I would recommend this company because of their courtesy and help in resolving problems.

Magenta cartridge leaked ALL OVER the inside of my printer. Luckily, the return and refund process was smooth, so I'm adding a star for that.

I'd give this purchase 5 Stars if I'd used all the cartridges and knew how long they would last, but I have only used the yellow and magenta. So far GREAT! In fact, the yellow was brighter than the OEM cartridge from Brother!

The cyan toner completely rendered my printer useless. Not only did it leak and cover the whole inside blue, the printer also won't recognize paper in the paper tray. Save your money! These people are scam artists! I would suggest 4inkjet.com. Stay away from AZ Supplies!

Excellent value. I can't tell the difference from the original brother cartridges. I would have given a 5 star but the yellow leaked; but I was promptly sent a replacement cartridge that worked.

Good replacement value. The toner arrived on schedule and was well packaged. The only "problem" that I had was that one of the cartridges wasn't properly reset so the printer didn't recognize that the yellow toner had been replaced. However, after contacting support at AZ they sent a link to a video that showed how to (simply) reset the toner; after that the printer recognized that it had been replaced. So far the print quality is unchanged, that is just as good as ever. I would purchase this toner again based on my initial experience.May 2015 Update. Last month my black cartridge leaked and made a mess. I contacted MPSCAL of AZ supplies and they replaced the defective cartridge even though it had been in use for 5 months or so before the leak showed up. The replacement is working well and I've had no problems with the others.

Yellow leaked all over the inside of my printer. Magenta also leaked, but not as bad.
