I don't care much for the noise it makes, sounds like its gonna break but overall it does its job. It is a good thigh workout. Its strong without being too strong. My husband has been using it for an arm workout. I have fibromyalgia so the handles hurts my legs some if I don't have them set just right. Price is good for what it is. I like it.

I like how easy the cards make it to do the exercises. The rig seems like it will need to be replaced fairly often unfortunately. The bag it came with is useless since the ring doesn't fit.

This ring is great! I’ve read so many reviews on multiple rings and overall this seemed to be the best choice. However, there was one misleading review that claims it’s not supposed to bend in and make an oval shape. If you’re new to the ring, you may think is true but it’s not. They are supposed to bend in slightly because there are many exercises in Pilates that call for you to push in from both sides as a workout and it should have the flexibility yet keep the resistance to do so. I think the resistance in this one is great. The size is just right and comfort of the handles are nice for the in-between knees and legs and on the thighs exercises.

The resistance/strength of the wheel is perfect for pilates use, good quality, does not feel like it will easily break. The grips are comfortable to use. I would recommend this product.
