Oh My Gosh... Heavenly!!
I'm a Sartori Bellavitano fan already, but these are NEXT LEVEL. Absolute favorite cheese, and hoping to find in block or large size soon. In the meantime, I've purchased 3 times! Craveable.

Perfect cheese for any occasion
I love this cheese; it's perfect for a cheese plate and is extremely versatile. Its got a great texture and creaminess. It's not overly pungent and is perfect for less adventurous cheese lovers...however, it's perfect whatever your palate. I pick this up whenever I am a the grocery store. Skip the cubes and get a block/cutting. the cubes are not as great in my opinion.

Best cheese I’ve ever tasted
I LOVE this cheese. I think I like the tang and saltiness of the seasoning - but wow! It’s delicious. Strongly recommend trying it out.
