NEW CUBAN CRAFTERS PRESIDENTE CIGAR HUMIDOR - RICH CHERRY WOOD EXTERIOR, SPANISH CEDAR INTERIOR, GLASS-TOP DISPLAY, OUTSIDE HYGROMETER - HOLDS 100 CIGARS

I am an avid cigar smoker and have had 4 humidors before this one. I went against my instinct and ordered this humidor because it really looked good and if it was as described, it would have been a steal for a large humidor. But of course, you get what you pay for.Very poorly made, out of the box the hygrometer on the front was positioned with the numbers all on the right side. I adjusted it and realized that it is not securely placed, nor sealed. That means air will escape and the humidity will decline quickly. Then a couple of days later, I happened to be laying down and looked over at the humidor with my eyes positioned directly in front of it (rather than looking down as I stand up). I realized that the top does not align properly and there is a gap on one side between the top and bottom.Really disappointed and irritated by the headache, unpackaging, prepping for a few days and now repackaging it and shipping it back for a refund. Not how I want to spend my time.

Beautiful... it is my first humidor... but without instruction I m not shure how it works... for example what is the recommended percent of humidity ... how fill the plastic with water... ?????? It came with 2 pieces of magnets and 3M doble side tape?.... and the bag with the key has the key and another pieces of metal with similar shape.... what is it?.... please adviced me

First off, my humidor fell apart in various ways both soon after getting it (the glass fell in) and years later some of the wood pieces that seal around the drawer fell out. Their customer service is also horrendous. I havent used my key in years and couldnt find it by now have a son. I called Cuban crafters who said they were happy to send me one since i purchased it directly from them. After a few minutes, the rep tells me that their computers crashed a few years ago or they went to a new system or something and since i had bought it before that, they wouldnt send me a key and wanted to charge me $20 or so. I offered to pull up my AMX receipt and they said it didnt matter and wouldnt provide a free key. Pretty crappy when you buy a $400+ humidor... stay away for multiple reasons.
