Happy with this Kohler faucet. It replaced my old Kohler faucet in our bathroom that lasted 16 years. My husband had no trouble installing it. Would recommend it.

This Kohler (K-394-4-BN Devonshire widespread) bathroom faucet set with metal drain is beautifully designed, superbly engineered and carefully manufactured with high quality materials. It has a true brushed-nickel finish that has no issues with water spots. It was very easy to install. The directions were clearly understandable (you must also look at the back of the instructions to see the specific exploded-view of this faucet and placement of the faucet base plate). Based on poor reviews of newer and less costly Kohler faucet designs made in China, I decided to purchase this model, since we installed this model in another bathroom in 2005 and it is still working good as new. I was very pleased to see that this faucet set still has the quality and beauty that made the fine reputation of the Kohler trademark years ago.

I priced this set before purchasing it with Amazon. Amazon gave a terrific price and the delivery was prompt. I purchased the "brushed nickel" and it looks great. I have a white/gray Ceaser Stone top and looks wonderful with the set. The handles move eaisly and the water flow it much stronger than the previous set I had. Kohler is always a good reliable product. You wont be sorry choosing this set.

I ordered 3 Devonshire faucets in March, May and June 2024 for my bathroom remodels. It's now time to install the faucets and much to my surprise, the plastic Quick Connectors from 3 separate boxes all leaked. My plumber installed these Kohler faucets/connectors before without issue but to have these all leak from 3 different boxes is very concerning. I installed 2 of these faucets at my former house without any issues - that's why I chose this faucet again! When removing the hoses from the faulty connector, some of the o-rings broke off. I ordered 3 replacement Kohler quick connectors from Amazon and new o-rings from Lowes. Hopefully this will resolve the issue!! UPDATE: It seems the o-ring for the faucet spout hose was faulty. The hoses for the hot/cold levers were a different size and were on the hose snug and worked fine. When looking at it, the ring is too loose on the spout hose, doesn't seat well into the Quick Connector and will no-doubt break on installation. I replaced the rings on the 3 spout hoses with #7 o-rings from Lowes and the installation was successful - no leaks! I changed my rating back to a 4 - I used these same faucet in a prior house and loved them. My rating would have been a 5 had the correct o-rings been installed. Kohler needs to do a quality check on this given I bought 3 faucets at 3 different times.

We purchased and installed two of these when we built our dream bathroom. I'm a diy'er and like hi-end things, and knowing that I was doing the work, I could afford the price. These simply are the best build highest quality faucets I've ever owned. Excellent quality and customer support.

I purchased this product to replace an older model of the same Kohler faucet in our bathroom. We have a dual sink with two matching faucets, so I was looking for the same model. The faucet being replaced was about 15 years old and the t-connector was brass. This new model replaces the brass t-connector with a cheap plastic part (see photo) and quick connect hoses. I installed the faucet, and the plastic t-connector leaks. I contacted Kohler, they sent me a new connector after about 10 days, and it also leaks. This is ridiculous for a $400 faucet. Kohler needs to address this and get rid of the cheap plastic components. I would not buy this product again, and I would not advise anyone to buy a Kohler faucet that has one of these cheap plastic t connectors. I'm out $400, the time it took to install this, and I don't have a working sink.

I Love this fixture! I looked and looked for the right fixture, and had passed this by a few times after I saw it in person at a store. I was afraid it looked a bit dated and old fashioned. After thinking it over and looking at every fixture known to man, I made a snap decision to put these in both bathrooms that we were remodeling at the same time (yes, we must be nuts to do 2 at a time!!). I paired them with a beautiful quartzite counter top over a cream colored. vanity. Our house is traditional, and kind of cottage style.They look fantastic. I would choose them again, They look elegant and comfortable at the same time, and don't look old fashioned at all! Oh, I forgot to say- I read that others were having trouble with spots they couldn't get off after installation. I had the same issue, and used pledge multi surface cleaner, and really rubbed and rubbed, and got them pretty much spot free. Then I used regular pledge liberally over the whole thing.They look great and the pledge protects them against new spots.(I learned that trick from a sales lady at Sears appliance dept who said she used Pledge on all the SS refrigerators so stop peoples hand from spotting them!

We purchased these to match the other fixtures in our bathroom. They are a perfect match and work as they should.
