I am impressed with the ease of handling and solid construction. I am a stroke survivor, maybe 20% use of 1 side, need a coffee tumbler, not cup. rides with my cane, doesn't spill or get cold. it is perfect for me!

The rechargeable batteries set works well. I only gave it 4 stars because my first one stop working but so far the second one I was sent is working fine. This seller kept their word and honored my warranty. They ship my replacement quickly. Once I submitted the information needed for my replacement. It is working well so far. I like these rechargeable batteries because it keeps me from to continuously by batteries. I would do business with this seller again.

I ordered this cup extra cheap, Used- Like New, which pretty much means brand new and unused. I wasn't expecting much for the price, and I chose this particular product because I like the simple lid, which just has an opening for drinking, no slider or any other annoyance. First impression, the construction of the cup feels solid. It has more weight than I thought it would after reading reviews that said it was lightweight. I feel like it is built about as well as a name brand and it does have some heft. The one I got was shipped in it's own box with no outer packaging, and there is no padding or anything, but it was in perfect condition. The lid is the same quality is a Yeti mug I got as a gift (I got this because that yeti mug is too small, I want more capacity). I filled it up to the top with coffee, and it stayed hot for a couple hours until I drank most of it, then it remained warm until I finished it off another couple hours later. I only paid $7, but I definitely think it is worth the $10-12 normal price.

Overall these are decent tumblers and they laser engrave well. **However** there has been considerable scuffing on some units, one was crushed, and several others had uneven powder coating around the top. I'd say failure rate is around 30% so keep that in mind when comparing prices from other suppliers. This review is for black which is the highest problem color, white, blue, and dark blue seem to have a bit better QC with problems less than 20%.
