Dr Keller Mens Texas Shoes

This is at least my third pair of these shoes and I have always found them to be comfortable to wear especially being a wide fit. They are durable and good value for money.

This is the third pair of these shoes that I have purchased. Extremely comfortable with soft leather and a velcro fastening so easy to take on and off. They also have a good heel and do not slip off like moccasins do.I do not use for outdoors as they are lightweight and would wear out quickly.The velcro fastenings lose their grip after a couple of years of daily use, but if not worried about appearance it is possible to fix by stapling some replacement hook tape on to the flaps.

These days I only buy Dr Keller wide-fitting shoes.They are not expensive and of my last 2 pairs, one lasted 15 months and the other 2 years and 3 months, both eventually wearing out by developing a split across the sole. With this pair, I may try getting them soled by my local cobbler, and see if I can extend their life to 10 years.They are extremely comfortable and well-made. I walk at least 4 miles (sometimes 10 or 15) every day, 7 days a week, so these shoes have to be both durable and comfortable. Highly recommended for anybody with wide feet.The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is because, with heavy use, the soles wear thin and split in 18 months to 2 years, but perhaps this problem can be overcome with good cobbling.

Brought these before and they lasted well, so light and comfortable. Just one thing if you normally take a half size, say 8.5 then order the size 8 not 9. Use mine for work and socialising as they look very smart. Don't know how they do it for the price

A Great shoe for the larger foot. Very comfortable with the extra wide fitting. A good value leather upper shoe.

A tad bit too large , I am size 11 but I think size 10.5 would fit better . The shoe is OK on comfort and feels durable enough for twenty quid .Looks OK , I really just needed a work shoe that looks formal enough and will not kill my feats. My commute now includes an hour of walking .Will find another brand at some point but I needed a shoe now so that would just do for the next few weeks.

Brilliant price - £22 DELIVERED. Put them on - totally comfortable (early days but that is my first impression for sure). I bought these as a pair of 'house shoes' - basically for use as a more stable pair of slippers and with good protective soles. Lightweight and wide-fitting by the feel of them - if they last me a year for that price I'll be more than happy - time will tell on this count.

When I first put them on the felt very comfortable however on uses during work ot felt that my toes were being crushed. For myself this might only be an issue as I have wide feet but still a bit annoyed as they look pretty good
