Expensive compared to after-market, but it's worth it!
This fits perfectly at all points- the flare nuts (most important and problematic), the two rubber anchors, at the pump, the pressure sensor and the top bracket. This is quite pricy compared to the non-OE/non-OEM cheaper alternatives, and I tried one of those which worked for some other people but didn't fit in my car (may be I was not lucky). As a result I returned that and bought this one instead. It's was totally worth it for me! The flare nut didn't match perfectly for the alternative (wasn't catching the thread), but this one goes in with no fuss and so far no leaks! Given the labor/pain involved in this- I'd just go the "genuine part" route if I have to do it again. While at it- I also replaced the pressure sensor with a new one (even though the old one was still functional) just to save the labor/hassle in case it fails. My car is a 2007 Odyssey EX-L.

Product title should read: Genuine Honda 53713-SHJ-A01, High Pressure Power Steering Hose
Absolutely a genuine Honda part. No question. Honda dealer wants over $200 for the same part. There are just too many bends and precise fittment nooks and crannies that it definitely wouldn’t have worked if this wasn’t a genuine Honda part. I used several of YouTube videos to learn how to install this in my 2007 Odyssey. Now all the whining and stiff wheel turns are gone. The hardest part of the job was accessing and then screwing the far end of the line into the rack and pinion. You will need at least a 12” ratchet and 14mm crows foot attachment. Job is a little messy.

fits perfectly and exactly like the Honda OEM part
Fits perfectly: use a 14mm stubby flare nut wrench and 14mm crowfoot flare nut wrench to get into the tight spaces; especially the 14mm fitting going into the rack and pinion. Will drain approx 1.5 bottle of Honda Power steering fluid (12oz). Buying 2 bottles should be enough for this job. Using a flare nut wrench will help to prevent stripping the 14mm nut.

Works great
Original one was leaking at metal crimp to hose connection up near pump. This didn't come with a new o-ring for pressure switch, couldn't find one locally so used original. So far no issues. I snipped old metal line off near rack and used deep socket to remove line fitting, worked great instead of trying to remove with a crow's foot.

Hose
Hose worked fine. Could not leave my real review because Amazon didn't like it. It commented on poor packaging.

Confirmed fit on 2007 Odyssey
Fit my 2007 Honda Odyssey perfectly. Just need to be a contortionist to do the work :-) Looks identical to the original part.

Real part, fast delivery
Yep looks like a genuine Honda power steering hose. Should last another 14 years like the first. Recommend buying the redesigned o-ring while you have it off. The one it came with is not the same as the redesign which prevents the groaning noise that develops after a year of so.

It matched the original part exactly
It matched the original exactly, whereas the “cheaper alternative” was not exactly the same in terms of the bends in the hard sections of tubing. Maybe the other part could have fit, but I didn’t want to take the chance. The $100+ price premium was hard to swallow, as I’m not looking to get another 15 yrs of service out of it, but I had greater confidence that the part wouldn’t fail prematurely.
